The Trapeasy® Range of support systems from Hobby Homes offers THREE time saving trapeze options which eliminate all your on-site cutting, deburring & galvanising needs.

Trapeasy® – Pre-Fabricated

With all the benefits of no on-site cutting (no need for Hot Works Permits) no surplus materials and immediate installation, our  ‘Pre-Fabricated’ option offers huge benefits in both labour and time savings when compared to traditional installation methods.

OPTION DETAILS.

Once we receive the details of the support required, we will e-mail back a quotation, together with a non-scale drawing of your design which also acts as an approval form for you to check, sign and return along with your order.

Once we have received your order and signed approval, we will begin the manufacture of your support bracket.

METHOD OF SUPPLY.

Trapezes are delivered fully assembled with all fixings left finger tight to allow for final on-site adjustment.

Available in various Threaded Rod options and a choice of either deep or shallow Channel.

All the pre-cut channel and threaded rod ends are deburred and sprayed with galvanising paint.

All channel used will be genuine Unistrut.

All Threaded rod used will meet DIN 976-1  Gr4.8 ZP.
