Trapeasy® – Caddy Rodlock

Offering all the same benefits of no on-site cutting and no surplus materials as our other Trapeasy® options, our  ‘CADDY Rodlock’ option also offers HUGE benefits in both time & labour costs over traditional build methods, thanks to its unique installation method.

OPTION DETAILS.

The CADDY Rodlock system is available in either 21mm or 41mm deep channel. Any length from 150mm upwards can be manufactured complete with end caps and Rodlocks fitted.

Each channel simply slides up the drop rods to the required position producing a multi level trapeze in mere minutes.

Can be installed easily by a single operative.

METHOD OF SUPPLY.

Delivered complete with the nVent CADDY Rodlock and End Caps already fitted, together with Pre-Cut Threaded Rod & Stud Caps (if required)

Each ‘Rodlocked’ length of channel will be clearly labelled with the part code and maximum UDL (Ultimate Design Load).

** PLEASE NOTE, THE RODLOCK NUT IS ONLY AVAILABLE PRE-FITTED TO THE CHANNEL AND IS NOT AVAILABLE TO BUY SEPERATELY**

All the pre-cut channel and threaded rod ends are deburred and sprayed with galvanising paint.

All channel used will be genuine Unistrut.

All Threaded rod used will meet DIN 976-1  Gr4.8 ZP.
